Privacy policy and regulations

 

DEFINITIONS
Terms used in these Regulations mean:
1.1. PASSWORD – a string of alphanumeric characters necessary for authorization during access to the Account, set by the Client during the Registration process.
1.2. CLIENT – a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable regulations, also a natural person with limited legal capacity; a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity, intending to conclude or having concluded a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Service.
1.3. CIVIL CODE – the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).
1.4. CONSUMER – a natural person for whom the conclusion of a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Service is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
1.5. ACCOUNT (CLIENT ACCOUNT) – a subpage of the Store where information about the Client’s Orders in the online Store is collected.
1.6. PRODUCT – a movable item available in the online Store that is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Client and the Seller.
1.7. REGULATIONS – these regulations of the online Store.
1.8. REGISTRATION – a one-time activity involving the creation of an Account by the Client, performed using the registration form provided by the Service Provider on the Store’s website.
1.9. ONLINE STORE (STORE) – the Service Provider’s online store available at centralstore.pl through which the Client can conclude a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Service.
1.10. SELLER – IGOR ROMANOWSKI, UL. ZŁOTEJ JESIENI 27, 05-410 JÓZEFÓW, 506-796-833, NIP: PL5322057072.
1.11. PARTY – Service Provider, Seller, or Client.
1.12. SALES AGREEMENT (AGREEMENT) – a sales agreement of the Product within the meaning of the Civil Code concluded through the online Store.
1.13. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider through the online Store.
1.14. SERVICE PROVIDER – SELLER – IGOR ROMANOWSKI, UL. ZŁOTEJ JESIENI 27, 05-410 JÓZEFÓW, 506-796-833, NIP: PL5322057072.
ORDER – a declaration of will by the Client aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement for the Product and specifying its essential terms.

1. DELIVERY
In case of concluding a Sales Agreement, the delivery of the Product will be carried out no later than within 20 business days. The Seller will deliver the Products according to the Client’s choice: by own transport; or via mail or carrier indicated during the Order placement process.
Delivery costs will be clearly indicated during the Order placement process.

2. PAYMENT
The Seller provides the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery;
  • Bank transfer (the Seller’s bank account details are indicated on the Store’s website and in the email sent to the Client after placing the Order).
  • In case of payment methods other than cash on delivery, the Client is obliged to make payment for the Sales Agreement within 7 days from the date of its conclusion, unless the Sales Agreement states otherwise.
  • The entity providing online payment services is Przelewy24 SA and PayPal. Przelewy24 Regulations
    For Clients who are not simultaneously Consumers, the Seller has the right to limit available payment methods, including requiring prepayment in whole or in part.

3. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT
A Client who is also a Consumer, who has concluded a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Service, may withdraw from it without giving reasons by submitting an appropriate statement in writing within fourteen days. It is sufficient to send the statement before the deadline. This right may be exercised by the Consumer by sending a withdrawal statement to:

The fourteen-day period in which the Consumer can withdraw from the Sales Agreement or the agreement for the provision of Electronic Service is counted from the day the Product is delivered in the case of a Sales Agreement, and from the day of its conclusion in the case of an agreement for the provision of Electronic Service.
3.3. In case of withdrawal from the agreement, the Sales Agreement or the agreement for the provision of Electronic Service is considered not concluded, and the Client is released from all obligations. What the Parties have provided is returned in an unchanged state unless a change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The return should be made immediately, no later than within fourteen days.
3.4. The Seller will refund the amount to the bank account number indicated by the Consumer or in another manner specified by the Consumer.
3.5. The right to withdraw from a remotely concluded agreement does not apply to the Consumer in cases: (1) of services commenced, with the Consumer’s consent, before the expiry of the period referred to in points 3.1 and 3.2; (2) concerning audio and visual recordings and computer data carriers after the Consumer has removed their original packaging; (3) agreements concerning services for which the price or remuneration depends solely on the movement of prices on the financial market; (4) services with properties specified by the Consumer in the order placed by them or closely related to their person; (5) services which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or whose subject deteriorates quickly; (6) delivery of newspapers; (7) gambling services.

4. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
4.1. Complaints for non-compliance of the Product with the Sales Agreement
4.1.1. The Seller is liable to the Client who is a natural person purchasing the Product for purposes not related to professional or business activity for non-compliance of the Product with the Sales Agreement to the extent specified in particular by the Act of July 27, 2002, on specific conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended).
8.1.2. Complaints for non-compliance of the Product with the Sales Agreement can be submitted in writing to:

4.1.3. The Seller will respond to the complaint promptly, no later than within 14 days. The Seller’s response to the complaint will be sent to the address provided by the Client or in another manner specified by the Client.
4.1.4. The Seller informs that for Products also covered by a warranty, rights under the warranty should be exercised according to the conditions stated in the warranty card. The warranty for the sold Product does not exclude, limit, or suspend the Client’s rights under the Seller’s liability for non-compliance of the Product with the Sales Agreement to the extent specified by the Act of July 27, 2002, on specific conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended).

4.2. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services and other complaints related to the operation of the online Store

4.2.2. It is recommended to include in the complaint as much information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint as possible, especially the type and date of the irregularity and contact details – this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider.
4.2.3. The complaint will be considered by the Service Provider promptly, no later than within 14 days.
4.2.4. The Service Provider’s response to the complaint will be sent to the Client’s email address provided in the complaint submission or in another manner specified by the Client.

5. PERSONAL DATA
The administrator of the Client’s personal data collected via the online Store is:

Personal data of the Client collected by the Administrator via the online Store are collected for the purpose of fulfilling the Sales Agreement or the agreement for the provision of Electronic Service concluded with the Client. The Client has the right to access their data and correct them. Providing personal data by the Client is voluntary, although not providing the personal data specified in the Regulations necessary for concluding a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Service will result in the refusal to conclude such an agreement. The data necessary for concluding a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Service are also indicated each time on the online Store’s website.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. Agreements concluded through the online Store are concluded in Polish.
6.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons, i.e., changes in legal regulations, changes in payment and delivery methods – to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. The Seller will inform the Client about each amendment at least 7 days in advance.
6.3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code; the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended); the Act on consumer rights of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827); and other relevant provisions of applicable law.
6.4. The Client has the right to use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and redress. For this purpose, they can file a complaint through the EU ODR online platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
7.1. The Client undertakes to enter data into the Store’s IT system that are true, current, and complete.
7.2. The Client is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
